Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Line a baking sheet with foil and grease the foil with olive oil.

In a small bowl, combine the 1/4 cup oil, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne and rub it all over the chicken.

Arrange the chicken on the lined baked sheet.

Sprinkle the Parm all over the chicken, Bake until the cheese starts to turn golden and the chicken is just about finished, 15 to 17 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the oven, crank up the broiler, and broil the chicken until the top is browned and sizzling, 3 to 4 minutes.

Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

(Don't forget to scrape up the crispy Parmesan cheese from the foil, unless it's burnt black.
