Instructions

Step 1
After washing your potatoes, score them using a knife

Preheat Oven to 425. Put a stick of butter in a casserole dish and put that in the oven while it is preheating.

When butter is melted, pull it out of the oven and add seasoning. Add parmesan cheese until it becomes a paste.
Step 4
Place your potatoes score side down
Step 5
Spray potatoes with olive oil and top with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese
Step 6
Cook at 425 F for 30 minutes
