Instructions

Crunchy chicken

Step 1
Cut the chicken breast in half. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Crack the egg in to a large plate. Pure in the milk and whisk until well combined. To another plate add the bread crumbs.
Step 3
Dip the chicken breast it in the egg mixture. Then coat it in the bread crumbs.
Step 4
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high. Add the chicken breast: Fry for about 3 min each side until crispy and golden brown.

Burger

Step 5
Cut the burger bun in half. Toast until golden brown.
Step 6
Slice the iceberg salad.
Step 7
Place the chicken on the bottom bread half. Place the salad on top. Finish with the mayonnaise.
Step 8
Stack the other bread half on top and enjoy!
