Instructions
Step 1
Take two slices of brown bread.
Step 2
Take pesto or pesto butter (I used pesto butter for this recipe), sliced tomatoes, and fresh basil leaves.
Step 3
Butter one side of both bread slices. On the other side of both slices, spread pesto butter. On one slice, place the tomato slices, basil leaves, and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle dried herbs, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Grill in a grilling pan. Eat hot.
