Instructions
Step 1
Add the soy milk to blender.
Step 2
Turn on blender slow and add the sunflower oil - slowly.
Step 3
When its nice and thick - transfer to a bowl.
Step 4
Add mustard, turmeric, salt and lime juice.
Step 5
Taste and adjust as necessary.
For smoked chili mayo
Step 6
Add some smoked paprika and crushed red chili flakes to the vegan mayo base.
For pesto mayo
Step 7
Add a spoon of herb pesto to the vegan mayo base.
