Instructions
Step 1
Sauté onions and 1/2 tsp. salt over medium high heat. About 5 minutes.
Step 2
Dry beans with paper towel, smash until sticky with some whole pieces.
Step 3
Add cooked onion, oat flour, egg, peppers, tahini, cumin, 1/2 tsp salt and still well to combine. Place in fridge for 15 minutes or until ready to cook.
Step 4
Cook in pan with olive oil.
