Baked oyster mushroom with sweet potato fries

Instructions

Step 1
Heat an oven to 185° C. Wash the sweet potato and clean it with a brush. Cut the sweet potato to form fries.
Step 2
Toss the fries into a bowl and pour them with olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, and dried garlic. Place the fries on a plate and put it in the oven.
Step 3
Wash oyster mushroom and cut it to form long strips. Then spice it with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add it to the sweet potato fries in the oven (they should be 15 minutes in) and bake for 15 minutes. The time can differ, so check on it frequently.
