Instructions
Step 1
Preheat convection oven to 375 or a still oven to 425 degrees
Step 2
In medium sauce pan, bring water, butter, salt and spices to a boil. Remove from heat and add flour. Stir vigorously until a skin forms on the bottom of the pot
Step 3
Remove from heat and allow to cool until the mixture stops steaming
Step 4
Add eggs one at a time. Stirring vigorously each time. Add grated cheese
Step 5
Using a small ice cream scoop, add scoops to a parchment lined pan. Bake until puffs are brown, about 15-25 minutes depending on the size of your scoop
