Step 1
虾肉解冻后擦干表面水分,加入2-3茶匙料酒,1-2g食盐,腌制15分钟左右

砂锅底部喷油,放入葱段儿和姜泥,以及培根肉片,和腌制好的虾。
Step 3
调一个油汁:1-2茶匙蒜泥+油+1茶匙chicken base(可选项)+1汤匙的食用油, 搅拌均匀,放在虾的上面
Step 4
再焗15分钟左右就好了。出锅撒葱花
