Salsa Blanca
Creamy delicious white sauce for pasta like my grandma used to make. You can add Italian seasoning and garlic powder to make it an “alfredo.” This is just a base that you can add a lot of other seasoning to or you can leave it as is!

Instructions
Step 1
In a pot, on medium-low, melt butter
Step 2
Once melted, add flour and whisk
Step 3
Once it’s formed a paste like consistency, slowly add milk and mix on medium-high while whisking changing the temp. as needed
Step 4
Add salt and pepper to taste. NEVER forget the nutmeg. It should slowly get thicker until it’s nice and creamy
