Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to gas mark 4 (180c)
Step 2
Fry the chicken for 3 minutes
Step 3
Add the leeks and cook for another 2 minutes
Step 4
Stir the flour in and then blend in the stock and milk. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes
Step 5
Stir the sweetcorn into the sauce and pour the filling into an ovenproof dish
Step 6
Mix the flour with salt and pepper, rub in the spread.
Step 7
Stir in the chives and the yogurt to bind into a dough
Step 8
Pat the dough out to 1cm thick and stamp out rounds. Place on top of the chicken
Step 9
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes
