Have tons of left over candy?? Why not make some blondies! I used peanut M&Ms, Reese’s, Crispy Crunch and Snickers, but you can use whatever you have lying around!

Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line and 9-inch square pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
Step 2
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the butter, sugar, egg and vanilla till pale in colour, about 2 minutes.
Step 3
3. Add in the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Stir till just combined. Don’t over mix!
Step 4
4. Fold in 1/2 a cup of the chopped candy bars then spread batter evenly into the prepared pan
Step 5
5. Add the rest of the candy bar pieces on top of the batter and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean from the centre.
Step 6
6. If you like, you can add a few more pieces of candy once out of the oven as the blondie batter rises and covers the treats.
Step 7
7. Allow to cool in the pan for 20 mins before slicing and enjoy!
