Instructions

Step 1
1️⃣Firstly, finely dice the onion + garlic and roughly chop the pepper into thin strips
Step 2
2️⃣Heat a large pot with oil adding in the onion + garlic + pepper + spices + ginger paste and fry together for 2-3 minutes
Step 3
3️⃣Now add the coconut milk + tamari + stock cube + water + noodles and stir
Step 4
4️⃣Place a lid on the pot and simmer for 5-7 minutes
Step 5
5️⃣Serve in a bowl topped with lime juice + coriander + sesame seeds
