Instructions

Pre heat oven to 375 degrees

In a baking dish, place the Gournay cheese in the middle and the cherry tomatoes and 5-6 cloves of garlic around the cheese.

Step 3
Drizzle olive oil over the ingredients in the baking dish. Season with Basil (1 tsp), oregano (1 tsp), salt (1/2 tsp) and pepper (1/2 tsp)

Place baking dish uncovered in the oven. Cook for 30 minutes.

Over high heat, bring a pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, add pasta to the pot and reduce to medium- low heat. Cook pasta until al dente

Before draining the pasta, put aside 3/4 cup of pasta water

Take baking dish out of the oven when ready and mix the ingredients together. Once mixed, add in 3/4 cups of pasta water.

Combine cheese sauce mixture, cooked & drained pasta and spinach into a large pot. Cook on low heat, cover and let spinach wilt for 3-5 minutes.
Step 9
Remove from heat and serve topped with Parmesan cheese
