Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C fan. Roll out/lay pastry on lined baking tray and spread with the mustard, leaving a 1” border around the edge, then scatter over the brie
Step 2
Toss the halves carrots in the oil and salt and arrange over the cheese. Scatter over the thyme and roast for 30 minutes
Step 3
Serve hot with a green salad
