Step 1
First, dry the feta and lay it on a baking sheet, previously covered with baking paper.

Sprinkle with a pinch of pepper and a drizzle of oil.

We wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into pieces, removing the seeds and the soft part inside, if you leave it, it will make water.

Clean the spring onions and cut them into pieces, including the stems. We chop the chives.

Put the cherry tomatoes, spring onions and chives in a small bowl and season with sesame seeds, oil and salt.

We put the sauce on the feta and bake in a static oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
