Instructions
Step 1
Boil a pot of water on high heat for the udon. Once boiling, add udon in and cook according to package instructions ( ~4-5 minutes)
Step 2
In a pan, add neutral oil on medium high heat. Add onions and kimchi and sautee for 2-3 minutes
Step 3
Season with salt, black pepper, sugar, and gochugaru
Step 4
Add kimchi juice and heavy cream and bring heat down to a low. Stir to combine
Step 5
Take cooked udon and place into the pan. Stir to combine sauce with udon
Step 6
Turn off the heat and take pan off. Add egg yolks and stir to combine
Step 7
Garnish with green onions
Step 8
