Delicious and chock full of micronutrients. I use a Vita-mix, which is a masticating blender. Makes 2 10-12 oz servings, depending on size of fresh fruit (and if water is added)

Step 1
Combine fruit in order listed in blender and blend until smooth. If your blender can't keep up with the frozen fruit, add a little water until it blends freely, or let your fruit thaw in the blender a couple hours before blending.
