Chashu (Japanese roasted pork)
6 steps
Prep:6hCook:40min
Prep 10 minutes except marinating!! So easy!! Marinate pork half day at least, so you can leave the marinated pork zip lock in fridge in morning, and roast at evening for dinner. You can keep roasted pork, and put chashu for Ramen topping, or put chashu over the cooked rice for Chashu bowl for next day.
