1 Tbspghee
½ Tbspcoconut oil
1 lbchicken
½ cupground almonds
¼ cupdesiccated coconut
2 cupsyogurt
2 TbspSingle Cream
1tin coconut milk
2onions

2 tspGarlic and ginger paste
1 tsprose water
½ cupsultanas

Method
Step 1
Add chicken to mixing bowl then add yogurt and all the spices and stir well then leave to marinade.
Step 2
Add onions to wok with 2 tbsp ghee and fry until golden, once cooked add to blender.
Step 3
Add desiccated coconut and ground almonds to blender with onions and blend until it is a thick paste.
Step 4
Add chicken and yogurt to pan and put on a low heat and stir.
Step 5
Add coconut milk and Onion paste to the pan and stir well.
Step 6
Add Single cream and stir in.
Step 7
Add Paprika and turmeric and stir well this will give the great yellow korma colouring.
Step 8
Stir in rose water.
Step 9
Cook until chicken is tender.
Step 10
Serve with rice, Naan bread or both.
