My lazy vegetarian "B"LT salad

Lazy weeknight semi healthy dinner/side. I use the occasional MSG because it's misunderstood, so don't come at me. Leave it out if you prefer, doesn't make too much of a difference. Also, feel free to tone down the chipotle and pepper. I like it hot.
Can be made vegan with vegan ranch.
