This is a super easy four ingredient Japanese cake!

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 F
Step 2
Fold the egg yolks and flour till fully blended

Whisk egg whites and gradually add white sugar whisk until soft peaks form

Mix the egg yolk mixture within the egg white mixture
Step 5
Line springform pan with parchment paper and pour in batter
Step 6
Boil water and place the springform pan in a large pan. When water is boiled pour in pan in order to start a bath
Step 7
Place in oven for one hour
Step 8
After an hour finishes take the springform pan out of bath. Flip the cake on a cooling rack and remove parchment proper.
Step 9
Swift powdered sugar on top of cake and place raspberries. Enjoy!
