2 lbdiced beef
100mlbeef stock
100mlchicken stock
3 Tbspghee
2 crackssalt
3onions
large, fried purée
Garlic and ginger paste
Berbere spice mix

Instructions
Onion purée
Step 1
Chop onions and fry until lightly golden
Cooking
Step 2
Throw all main ingredients in ninja pressure cooker and set for 15 minutes with pressure lid on set to close
Step 3
Release pressure and safely remove lid
Step 4
Simmer on low to medium heat until sauce starts to thicken
Step 5
Stir in yogurt 1 tbsp at a time
Step 6
Add sliced onion and green pepper
Step 7
Add tomatoes
Step 8
Simmer for 15 minutes or until vegetables softens a bit
Step 9
Add water if need though sauce should be very thick when finished
Step 10
Serve with rice and garlic naan
