Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees celcius.
Step 2
Place the base in a food processor and process for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Place the base in a greased loaf tin. Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 4
While cooking, blend the jam ingredients. Mix the topping ingredients together.
Step 5
Once 15 minutes is up, add the jam layer then the topping.
Step 6
Bake again for 5 minutes. Leave to cool and then cut into bars.
