Step 1
Cut and slice kabocha, and steam.
Step 2
Seed a pomegranate.
Step 3
Cut figs into half.
Step 4
Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl.
Step 5
Place the arugula, kabocya, fig, pomegranate seeds on a plate.
Step 6
Drizzle with dressing.
Step 7
Sprinkle goat cheese.
