Lovely Lemon Sorbet

This lemon sorbet does not require complex ingredients and processes and has a lovely appearance that kids will love it. It would be a good choice if you are preparing for a summer family or kids' party!

Instructions
Step 1
Mix milk with cream, and freeze it one night before making the sorbet

Cut the top and bottom sides of each lemon and remove the inside, then freeze the inside for 2 hours

Use the bottom side of lemon to close the bottom
Step 4
Use the top side of each lemon to cover it, then freeze the empty lemons for 1.5 hours
Step 5
Blend the frozen lemon inside, frozen milk, and honey together to make the sorbet

Take out the frozen empty lemon, and fill the sorbet into empty lemon (you can put a mint leaf on lemon)
