Instructions

Step 1
Melt the butter in the pot over medium high heat. Once the butter is melted, add the marshmallows (set 1 handful of marshmallows aside) and stir with a spatula until the marshmallows are melted in the butter. I recommend spraying the spatula with oil so that the marshmallows don't stick to it and you have an easier time working with the marshmallows.
Step 2
The whole process takes about 5 minutes. Once all the marshmallows are melted, turn off the heat and stir in the cereal and remaining marshmallows. Stir until all the cereal is covered.
Step 3
Spray the brownie pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper. Add the cereal mixture into the pan and spread evenly in the pan using the spatula or clean wet hands. Press down until firm but really gently. If you press the mixture too much, the result would be too hard to eat. Melt the white chocolate until smooth and lightly drizzle it over the top. Finish with sprinkles.
Step 4
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. Then remove from the fridge and place on a cutting board. Cut into 12 equal parts with a sharp knife and serve!
