Instructions
Step 1
Mix 3 eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl

Grate the cabbage

Add the eggs to a frying pan and scramble

Cut up the sausages and fry in a pan

On one side of bread, spread mayonnaise, and on the other half of the bread spread Mustard

Add cheese on top of the cabbage

Put the cooked sausage on top of the cheese

Add the scrambled egg on top of the sausage

Put the mayonnaise spread bread on top of the scrambled eggs

Put the sandwich on a frying pan and put a small lid on top of the sandwich to press the contents flat
Step 12
Flip when the bread is golden brown
Step 13
Serve with a small salad consisting of a lettuce leaf, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, corn and mayonnaise
