Making sourdough bread and was not wanting to throw out my starter. Let’s make some blueberry pancakes

Step 1
Preheat oven to 170 F. Mix first four ingredients together then add in flour, salt, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda. Stir well
Heat skillet to medium and coat with butter. Pour @1/3 to 1/2 cup of batter and let set. This takes about one minute then place blueberries on top and flip over. Cook till done @ 2 minutes. Remove and keep in oven till finished. Serve with warm butter and syrup. Enjoy
