Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350f.
Step 2
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Preheat nonstick pan and add chicken chunks, saute until lightly brown.
Step 4
Remove chicken and set aside.
Step 5
Clean pan if necessary. Add sweet potato and salsa and saute 5 minutes.
Step 6
Layer ingredients in shallow casserole dish. Chicken, sweet potatoes, black beans, onion, corn, peas, and almonds
Step 7
Bake 25 minutes and serve
