Instructions
Step 1
Add in a plastic bowl, flour and salt and mix it. Add 7g of yeast and 1 cup of yoghurt. Mix it. Add 1 cup of water little by little and mix it. Knead it for another few minutes. Leave it rise. After 15 minutes, spit a little flour on a surface and remove the dough from the bowl. Knead the dough and divide it in 6-8 smaller balls and knead more. Leave it for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Then roll it out with the rolling pin. Put more flour on it while rolling it out. Cover them for approximately 5 min before baking the breads.
Step 3
Heat the pan for a couple of minutes and put the bread on it with no oil. Bake the bread on each side for 2 minutes until it has risen and is turning brown on top. Spread a little butter with knife on top of the naan.
