Flour the fish and put it on a strainer so the exceeding flour can be eliminated.

Step 4
Take a frying pan and pour abundant oil in it. When it is hot, ease down the fish and fry it until is crunchy. It should take about three or four minutes. Strain, add some salt and serve.
