Instructions

Step 1
Combine the sugar, water and corn syrup in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil and no matter how much you want to do not stir. (Trust me I know how hard it is to not stir)
Step 2
Cook the syrup until it begins to turn a honey color (which should take about 10 -15 minutes)
Step 3
Be careful not to burn turn heat on low.
Step 4
Remove from the heat.
Step 5
Now slowly whisk in cool heavy cream once complete add in salt.
Step 6
Let cool completely.
