Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with tin foil.
Step 2
Wash and peek carrots, and cut up so that all the pieces are about the same size.
Step 3
Coat the carrots with coconut oil then sprinkle with garam masala or salt and pepper.
Step 4
Roast in the oven for 20 minutes and then check; the carrots are finished when there is slight browning on the edges.
