Instructions

Step 1
Prepare baking pan by lining with parchment paper, set aside. Cut bread into small squares and place in medium bowl. (Cut each slice into four strips then each strip into 4 pieces, making one serving equal to 1/2 slice of bread.) Sprinkle with spices and parsley and toss to coat with large spoon. Drizzle oil over seasoned bread cups and toss to coat evenly. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring to toss after 5 minutes. Let cool and store in airtight container at room temperature for up to five days. Use them on salads or toppings for soup.
