Instructions

Step 1
Use the Sauté feature on the Instant Pot and heat 1 table spoon of olive oil along with your diced onion. Add in your ground Turkey or beef and season to your liking. Cook the ground beef to just about done breaking it up into smaller pieces. Add in your minced garlic and sauté another 2-3 minutes. Turn off the sauté feature.
Step 2
Add in your chicken broth and deglaze the instant pot using a spatula the. Add in your marinara sauce, and add the broken lasagna noodles make sure the noodles are submerged in liquid, but do not stir. Cook on Manual high pressure for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Once the 4 minute cook time is up, do a quick release and add in your ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan. Serve garnished with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan.
