Instructions
Step 1
remove mushroom stems and scoop out the cavity and create space.
Step 2
chop off the stems and tiny pieces
Step 3
add chopped onions, capsicum and coriander and salt as per taste
Step 4
now to bind all the ingredients grate some processed cheese and mix it well. Sprinkle some black pepper over it.
Step 5
stuff the mix in mushroom caps.
Step 6
dip the stuffed mushrooms into the flour slurry and coat them with bread crumbs. repeat this twice for each mushroom.
Step 7
keep them in fridge for atleast 10 minutes before deep frying
Step 8
serve with harissa sauce or garlic mayo
