This is a delicious and quick meal that comes together in no time. Perp time is 10 minutes and bake, you can serve it with rice or mashed potatoes.

¼ cupolive oil
¼ cupsoy sauce
2 tablespoonsrice vinegar
1 teaspoonsesame oil
1 tablespoonchili garlic sauce
5cloves of garlic
1 tablespoonginger
1lemon juice
½ tablespoonsalt
½ tablespoonpaprika
1 teaspoononion
1 teaspoongarlic powder
1 teaspoonblack pepper
6chicken breasts
1 poundgreen beans
24 ouncesbaby potatoes
1 pintcherry tomatoes
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat your oven to 425°
Step 2
2. In a large bowl mix together olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, garlic, ginger, lemon juice and all the seasonings and spices.
Step 3
3. To the marinade add the chicken and vegetables, toss everything together really well
Step 4
4. Put everything on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and into the oven it goes.
Step 5
5. Put it in the oven at 425° for 40 to 50 minutes until the potatoes are fork tender and the chicken is cooked through.
Step 6
6. Serve it with mashed potatoes or rice and enjoy!
