Sheet pan chicken and veggies This is a delicious and quick meal that comes together in no time. Perp time is 10 minutes and bake, you can serve it with rice or mashed potatoes. Written recipe and measurements are on the link in my bio!! Enjoy!!

Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat your oven to 425°

2. In a large bowl mix together olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, garlic, ginger, lemon juice and all the seasonings and spices.

3. To the marinade add the chicken and vegetables, toss everything together really well

4. Put everything on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and into the oven it goes.
Step 5
5. Put it in the oven at 425° for 40 to 50 minutes until the potatoes are fork tender and the chicken is cooked through.
Step 6
6. Serve it with mashed potatoes or rice and enjoy!
