Step 1
Mix in a bowl 1/2 cup plant milk and apple cider vinegar, set aside for 5min.

Meanwhile mix vegan butter with brown sugar and pinch of salt in a bowl till creamy.
Step 3
Stir flour in another bowl with spices.
Step 4
While mixing the butter creamy add vanilla, plant milk vinegar, the dry ingredients and dry dates.
Step 5
Pour on a baking tray the dough and bake it for about 25min at 180°C.

Prepare the cream with cashews. Mix them in a food processor with maple syrup, coconut oil, salt and 1 cup of plant milk.
Step 7
Divide the cream in two bowls and add to one bowl cocoa powder.
Step 8
Get out the biscuit of the oven and crumble it.
Step 9
Cook your coffee and soak the biscuit crumbles first in coffee before adding them to a cup.
Step 10
Now add alternatively soaked biscuit, white cream and cocoa cream to the cup till it’s full.
Step 11
For optics you can sieve some cocoa powder on top and enjoy!
