Instructions

Step 1
Blend up the garlic ginger chilli coriander with the oil vinegar and red food colouring
Step 2
Add to a large bowl with the yogurt, salt, MSG and spices
Step 3
Slice the chicken breasts in half and drop into the bowl and mix thoroughly
Step 4
Cover with cling film and leave in the fridge overnight
Step 5
Skewer up and barbecue for a couple minutes a side til nice and charred and cooked through
Step 6
Once cooked and still hot, brush down with some honey for a nice balance of sweetness
