Step 1
Add the first six ingredients to large pot, mix well. Then add chicken wing drummettes to pot. Cover with lid. Cook on stovetop, on Medium-Low heat for 45 minutes to 1 hour. *IF chicken is done but sauce is too “soupy,” remove chicken from pot; take lid off pot; and, let some liquid evaporate for 15 minutes, or desired amount of liquid left. *Add 2 Tbsps. Vegetable Oil
*Once desired amount of liquid is left, add chicken back to pot to quickly brown it on Medium heat.
