Instructions

Step 1
Rinse rice
StrainerStrainer
Step 2
Soak rice for at least 20 mins, drain
Step 3
Mix coconut milk and water (add salt if you like, I don’t add sugar because I don’t like sweet rice)
Step 4
Rice Cooker instructions: Transfer rice and liquid to rice cooker and cook in the usual way
Step 5
Low Wide Saucepan instructions: Transfer rice and liquid, bring to a boil, turn on low for 15 mins (gas/electric stove)
