Instructions
Step 1
Cut onions, peppers, and chicken as shown.
Step 2
Toss chicken in cumin, paprika, garlic salt, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Bake everything at 350 for 35-ish minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
Step 4
Toss everything in the enchilada sauce.
Step 5
Melt cheese on the tortilla. And serve with whatever toppings you like - salsa, sour cream, guacamole etc :)
