Instructions
Step 1
Fry your mince until it is brown then drain it and leave it aside for now
Step 2
Fry your pepper, onion then add half the chopped garlic and half of the chopped coriander
Step 3
Put your mince back in the frying pan with the cooked pepper, garlic & onion
Step 4
Add your cumin, coriander & paprika
Step 5
Mix together then add 1 tin of chopped tomatoes, I had some leftover chopped tomatoes from Hello Fresh that I used
Step 6
Boil the kettle and add hot water with your chicken stock
Step 7
Allow all your ingredients to simmer in the pan mixing it at least every minute for half an hour or until it forms together to a lovely consistency, at this point add a little fresh coriander you have left, also leaving a bit aside to top your meal at the end
Step 8
Cook your spaghetti so it is ready when the bolognaise is ready to serve & put your garlic bread in the oven making sure it is all ready to serve at the same time
Step 9
Serve your spaghetti in a pasta bowl topping it with the bolognaise then top with the leftover fresh coriander and top with some cheese and serve the garlic bread on a separate plate
