Step 1
1. Start with adding your heavy cream to a saucepan on medium heat. Add your vanilla, salt, and sugar. Mix well until simmer. Once simmering turn heat off. 2. Add your egg yolks, and sugar to a bowl. Mix until smooth. Add 1/2 cup of hot cream mixture to your bowl to temper the eggs. 3. Add your egg mixture back into the cream mixture while whisking. 4. Pour your mixture into your ramekins. Add ramekins to a baking dish, and pour about 1/2 cup of hot water into the dish. This is to bake the crème brûlée in a hot water bath. 5. Cook in oven on 325° for 40 minutes. 6. Once done baking, they should be a bit wobbly (jell-o like). Set them in the fridge for 1 hour. 7. Lastly, add sugar on top of cooled crème brûlée and use torch to melt the sugar until hardened. (Optional) Top with your favorite berries! 8. Enjoy!!😋
