Instructions

Put 12 oz potatoes and 1 tsp salt in the Suvie starch strainer set within the Suvie pasta pot and place in the Suvie Starch Cooker. Fill reservoir and set to cook for 40 minutes. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sauce is reduced and coats the back of a spoon, season to taste with salt and more freshly ground black pepper.
