Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 275 degrees
Step 2
Roughly chop your pecans, walnuts, almonds.
Step 3
In a large bowl combine oats, pecans, walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Toss to make sure they are mixed well

In a microwave safe bowl, combine brown sugar and water. Microwave for 5 minutes
Step 5
Mixture will boil. Remove from microwave and add vanilla and salt. Stir until salt is dissolved. Pour over the oats mixture. Stir to coat all ingredients evenly.
Step 6
Bake on parchment lined baking sheet or stoneware bar pan. Bake for 35-45 minutes. Then switch pans to opposite shelf in the oven. Bake for 35-45 minutes longer. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container
Step 7
This recipe can be made with reduced sugar by using 6 Tbsp of Truvia brown sugar blend. You can also substitute one of the Tablespoons of vanilla with a maple flavoring.
