Instructions

Broth

Step 1
Boil enough water in a large pan for two chikcen stock cubes. (Read instructions)
Step 2
Add three stock cubes for extra flavour, mix, cover and allow to simmer.
Step 3
Add a pinch of salt to the broth and 2 tsp of Ground Turmeric
Step 4
Allow the broth to simmer on a low heat.

Main

Step 5
Lightly oil a frying pan with the oil from your sundried tomatoes.
Step 6
Brown 400g diced Chicken Breast.
Step 7
Add 1 diced Sweet Pepper, 1 diced Onion and 1 clove of crushed Garlic to the pan.
Step 8
Add 1 tsp of ground turmeric.
Step 9
Add 1/2 tsp of Salt, 1 tsp of Ground Pepper, Oregano, Cumin and Thyme.
Step 10
Once mixed well and cooked, add main into the Chicken broth and allow it to sit while you prepare your pasta.

Pasta

Step 11
Boil a pan of lightly salted water.
Step 12
Add 300g of Tagliatelle and cook al dente.
Step 13
Drain well, then add tagliatelle to the chicken broth.
Step 14
After ten minutes, plate your dish and garnish lightly with chopped Coriander.
