Instructions

Step 1
Prepare green pepper by dicing into small or medium sized pieces Brown ground beef in a pan on med/high heat. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add green pepper to pan and cook with meat. Season again. While meat and peppers are cooking, start the elbow noodles in a pot. Add salt to water. When the beef and peppers mixtures is done, turn heat to low. Add in rotel tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and mix. When noodles are finished, add to pan with the rest. Mix again and add more cheese as needed.
