Step 1
Preheat the oven to broil. Place the pepper and onion on an oven tray and broil until looking burnt on both sides. Take the peppers out and into a bowl and cover with plastic or alluminium wrap for 15 minutes
Step 2
While the peppers and onion are in the oven, in a pan on high heat add the walnuts to toast. Remove once the fragrance comes out and do the same with the breadcrumbs, until browning.
Step 3
Once the 15 minutes have passed, remove skin and seeds from the pepper. Add that and the rest of the ingredients to a food processor and mix for a minute
Step 4
Serve topping with some olive oil and optionally some herbs. Enjoy!
